Tokyo Sights
Ken was amazing! Preplanning, he was really responsive and offered suggestions. This was particularly important on the two separate tours I took with him because we had our elderly mom and young adult daughter so he helped devise a plan that was meaningful to everyone. He is very knowledgeable about the sites you visit and very aware and was considerate of everyone’s pace.

Wonderful Time in Tokyo
Ken was very easy to work with and went out of his way to accommodate us. He did so with a great big smile and went along with our needs and desires to be able to see the sights we wanted and the experience we wanted to have to have a taste of Tokyo life. His wife also is so kind and patient with us. We were able to experience a one day tour of Tokyo and was able to sample a good amount of Japanese delights. I would highly recommend him and his wife for a very good job well done. We would certainly ask him to do another tour with us in the future should it happen! We’re hoping!

On Time! Good Tokyo Driving Strategy.
Had a great Tokyo Cruise Port pickup with Ken T. in the morning (9am) for the day with an early (2pm) afternoon drop off at Haneda Airport for a flight home. Saw the sites we wanted to see, since we had been to Tokyo before, and he accommodated and adjusted his timing with us. His communication with us beforehand was concise and accurate.

Last day Japan : Narita-San & Airport (Car+Driver+Guide) : Luxury Farewell to Japan
It was a great idea! Usually, the last day of the vacation is stressed by looming prospect of travel to airport. We spend day with Ken as it was one more day of the vacation. He took “ farewell stress” off and change it to the great experience of seeing beautiful lbuddist temple. He’s a very professional and in contrast to other guides that we use in Japan was involving us all the time by telling stories, explaining culture. There was no “quiet” moment, but we felt free to require one if we need it.(did not happen.:). His had camera and took care of pictures that he shared with us very promptly after event. Perfect English, great manners . Everything flawless : starting at pick up at the hotel up to delivery the airport door in a very relaxing atmosphere. Ken: THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

2nd Day : Tokyo Highlights (Car+Driver+Guide)Great Experiences!
We hired Ken for two consecutive tour days in Tokyo, including car and driver. Ken is an excellent guide and I highly recommend using him. His wife, who is the driver, was also wonderful. Ken was very easy to work with in the planning stage of our visit. He drafted the perfect itinerary for us given our preferences and the weather forecast. He even had backup plans if the weather changed and he also allowed for same-day flexibility. The restaurants Ken picked for us were perfect and everything was delicious. Each day Ken added a lot of information about what we were seeing and experiencing plus he added interesting information about culture and history. In addition he took great photos and videos of us at each venue. Ken and his wife were truly a pleasure to be with. We are so happy we had them to introduce us to and guide us through amazing Tokyo!
